If you did not receive a certificate, don't be discouraged. It simply means that your document needs additional revisions.
After revising your language-edited document, if you wish to submit it for another round of language editing, contact support@as.springernature.com as you will be eligible for a discount on this resubmission (when no certificate was awarded).
